All our products are carefully made to order. Production time may vary depending on the type of products:
-Products available in our sales catalog:
If The requested product is already part of the NAJDESIGN catalog and only requires standard customization, the estimated production time is 1 to 3 business days.
-Products created from scratch:
For customized products not included in our catalog or requiring special design work, the estimated production time is 3 to 7 business days.
Production time begins once payment has been confirmed and the final design approved by the customer.
This policy applies to t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, caps, and other customized items.
🚚 Shipping Time:
-Shipping Time is additional to production time.
-Once shipped, estimated delivery time depends on the selected carrier, generally 2 to 5 business days.
- NAJDESIGN is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control.
📍 Shipping Address.
-Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
-NAJDESIGN is not responsible for delayed, returned, or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
🎨 CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS:
-Due to the customized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
-Customers must carefully review all design details, including text, names, colors, and sizes, before approving production.
📸 DAMAGES OR MANUFACTURING Errors.
-Any product received with a manufacturing defect or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
-Clear photos of the product and original packaging are required.
-Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
